(SW) Front Lever


Front Lever


At this second time I will explain you how to do front lever, It's little more difficult compared to Human flag, but with effort and hardwork you will do it!
To learn it , you need to have quite strong labs and abs. You can make a lot of exercises to make your abs stronger : Knee Lifts, Knee Lifts to your chests, leg lifts...
Some exercises  for  stronger labs: muscle ups, pullups, torso raises...
Now try to add  your legs in these exercises as you progress with torso raises. Then begin attempting front lever raises. Now, go into an inverted hang (downwards), and slowly lower yourself, do it as slowly you can, this tip will help you a lot. Also try front lever raises from bottom position (upwards) and try to stay in horizontal position as long as you can. You can see a video in Youtube.
