Back lever

 Back lever

At this time I will explain how to build the back lever, it's quiet easy if you follow some tips that I 'll give you in this presentation.
The back lever is an exercise that consists of staying in a back and horizontal position like in the image.



STEPS: 

 



1.Skinning the Cat:
Before you attempt a back lever, you’ll need to learn how to “skin the cat.” The phrase “skinning the cat” refers to rolling your hips and legs over and around to the other side of the bar from a pull-up position.




2.performing the back lever:
When you get the "skin cat" you're ready to start practicing towards back lever.
