THE HUNGER GAMES

100 years ago, North America had a war that destroy it, from the ashes of this country, appeared Panem. Panem have got 13 districts, each one was especializated in one industry. The Capitol was the city that control the districts. But 75 years ago there have a rebellion of the districts against the Capitol that is called de Dark Days, because of this, the District number 13 dissappeared and originate The Hunger Games.

Every year, the Capitol choose one boy and one girl, known as tributes, of each district in the called ''reaping''. They are taken to an arena and fight until only one is left alive.

I. THE HUNGER GAMES

Katniss Everdeen is a 16-year-old girl from District 12 who volunteers for the 74th Hunger Games after her 12-year-old sister Prim Everdeen is picked for reaping. With Peeta Mellark, she survives the games when they both defy the Capitol by threatening to commit suicide.

II. CATCHING FIRE

After winning the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss and Peeta return home to District 12. But on the day that Katniss and Peeta are to start a "Victory Tour" of the country, President Snow visits unexpectedly and tells Katniss that he is angry with her for breaking the rules at the end of the last Hunger Games, Snow tells Katniss that when she defied the Capitol, she inspired rebellion in the districts. For the 75th Hunger Games, twenty-four victors from previous years will be forced to compete once again. This is the third occurrence of the "Quarter Quell": an event that occurs every 25th year of the Games. But the Games are sabotaged by the rebels and Katniss escapes and was hiding with other rebels in district 13. But Peeta was kidnaped by the Capitol.

III. MOCKINGJAY

The District 13 was preparing an attach against the Capitol, led by the president Alma Coin. But they needed an image, a symbol, a mockingjay, they needed Katniss.

But I don't want to be more an spoiler, if you want to know the end of this trilogy, READ THE HUNGER GAMES.

MERMAIDS EXISTENCE

One theory about this existence is that the forefathers of the humans, lived in the water to find food or hide away of the predators. There are 5 facts that justify this theory:

1.- The humans are the unic primates that don't have hair in all the body, and this only happens in acuatic atmospheres.

2.-We are bipeds. In the water, the body is right and this fact could have helped to the evolution of the human.

3.- Like the acuatic animals, we have the capacity to take a breathe, swim in the water and go up to the surface for take more breathe.

4.- We have a lot of swimming facility, which other animals don't have.

5.-The skin that we have behind the big finger and the index finger probably suggest acuatic forefathers.

1 Fry  the meat with the olive oil.

3 Then gets crush tomatoes

4 Water is mix with meat and   vegetables

5 When the broth is boil rice shows

6 To finish him shows saffron

At this time I will explain how to build the back lever, it's quiet easy if you follow some tips that I 'll give you in this presentation.

The back lever is an exercise that consists of staying in a back and horizontal position like in the image.

STEPS: 

 

1.Skinning the Cat:

Before you attempt a back lever, you’ll need to learn how to “skin the cat.” The phrase “skinning the cat” refers to rolling your hips and legs over and around to the other side of the bar from a pull-up position.

2.performing the back lever:

When you get the "skin cat" you're ready to start practicing towards back lever.

In this presentation I'm going to explain you how to do planche, it's a beautiful trick, I really like it and I hope you'll like it too.

1.Perfect your pushups:
Planching involves your arms and wrists, which must be strong enough to hold the rest of your body weight. The best way to begin building these muscles is to do plenty of pushups. You should be able to do at least 25 pushups before attempting to planche.

 

2.Practice your balance:

Once your pushup is perfect, practice balancing most of your weight with your arms and hands, rather than supporting yourself with your toes. To do this exercise, you'll need a chair or an exercise ball the same height as a chair. 

3.Master the frog stand: 

Crouch to the floor and place your hands flat on either side of your body. Move your weight to your hands and lift your bottom and feet from the floor, so that you're supporting all of your weight with your arms and hands. Keep practicing until you can hold the position for 30 seconds or longer.

 

4.practice the tuck planche:

This will get your arms used to supporting the full weight of your body. You'll need pushup bars or parallel bars to complete this exercise. 

5.Planche:

This is the last exercise you must complete before your upper body strength is ready for a full planche. Starting from the advanced tuck planche position, extend your legs out behind you. At first , your knees will be bent, but keep practicing until you can straighten your legs.

At this second time I will explain you how to do front lever, It's little more difficult compared to Human flag, but with effort and hardwork you will do it!
To learn it , you need to have quite strong labs and abs. You can make a lot of exercises to make your abs stronger : Knee Lifts, Knee Lifts to your chests, leg lifts...
Some exercises  for  stronger labs: muscle ups, pullups, torso raises...
Now try to add  your legs in these exercises as you progress with torso raises. Then begin attempting front lever raises. Now, go into an inverted hang (downwards), and slowly lower yourself, do it as slowly you can, this tip will help you a lot. Also try front lever raises from bottom position (upwards) and try to stay in horizontal position as long as you can. You can see a video in Youtube.

CUPCAKES!!!

INGREDIENTS:

500g. butter

1 cup of sugar

4 eggs

2 cups of flour

lemon grate

STEPS TO PREPARE CUPCAKES:

1.Place the butter in a bowl,  it must be soft.

2. Mix with sugar.

3.Add eggs one by one.

4.Add flour and mix everything well.

5.Distribute the mixture in the cupcakes papers.

6.Bake  the cupcakes at 250º for 30 minutes.

7.Finally, let them cool.

DECORATIONS OF CUP CAKES:

With the fondant you can create diferent forms to decorate your cupcakes.

What do you think about LOMCE?

This organic law was published on 9th of September 2013, to improve educative quality.

The more important changes:

· Tests to get the ESO Graduate and the Title of Bachiller.

· Two options in 4th year of ESO:

      -Academic education for Bachillerato.

      -Academic education for Professional Formation.

· More importance to core subjects.

· Multilingual education.

  - Dual Professional Formation: Helps the companies dispose of                   professional qualified workers that will teach students in the companies.

 

My opinion is that harms the students that the school are a little more difficult for they. I think people will repeat course more because the tests to pass the E.S.O. and Bachillerato. The multilingual education makes you learn less the languages because, you have more subjects and more things to learn. I hope that they will rectify and change this law.

CHEMISTRY

 Chemistry is a branch of physical science that studies the composition, structure, properties and change of substance. Chemistry is chiefly (principalmente) concerned with atoms and molecules and their interactions and transformations.




       -The atom is the basic unit of chemistry. It consists of a dense core called the atomic nucleus surrounded by a space called the electron cloud.

       -A molecule is the smallest indivisible portion of a pure chemical substance that has its unique set of chemical properties



 



 Chemistry has a reputation for being a complicated, boring science, but for me, that reputation is undeserved (inmerecida). If you take classes in chemistry, you'll apply maths and logic, which can make studying chemistry a challenge if you are weak in those areas. However, anyone can understand the basics of how things work... and that's the study of chemistry. In a nutshell (cascara de nuez), the importance of chemistry is that it explains the world around you.

Plot of the film: The wife of a research scientist believes that her lakeside Vermont home is haunted by a ghost or that she is losing her mind.

We saw this film in Practical English class. Although this movie is from 2000, it is a great movie. I like movies that have mistery and scary, dramatic moments. It is a very good film to see in couple, if yoy want to scare someone and you want hugs. This movie is scaring because it can happen in real life. DreamHack is the largest LAN party and computer festival in the world. It's held twice annually in Jönköping, Sweden. Last year were more

TOMORROWLAND

  Tomorrowland is an electronic music festival in Boom (Belgium). It is organized by ID&T and Entertainment and Media Enterprise. The first edition was the 14th August of 2005 and the first artists were Push (M.I.K.E.), Armin Van Buuren, Cor Fijneman, Yves Deruyter, Dj Ghost, Technoboy and Coone. Every year people of 75 different nacionalities attend to the festival. The next edition will be in Sao Paulo, Brasil, the days 1,2 and 3 of May.

What do you think about... EBOLA

                                  EBOLA. End or farce?

Ebola is an infectious disease that spreads through body fluids. One month ago it was only located in  Africa, but it has already spred out to Europe and America, more exactly to Spain and USA. Now all the people are scared about this disease because EBOLA is in their country.






IN MY OPINION the Ebola exists, but the mass media only use it to make money. Is Ebola a problem? Yes, but only when it is in you country, people are only interested when it affects their lives, is that right? NOOOOOOOO, for example, everybody was trying to help the dog called Excalibur, but, what about the other dogs which are sacrified every day? A lot of dogs die in one day, but they don´t matter, they are simply dogs that aren´t interesting. Spain is based on hypocrisy. And you, what do you think about Ebola, is it the end of life, or just a farce ?
