Plot of the film: The wife of a research scientist believes that her lakeside Vermont home is haunted by a ghost or that she is losing her mind.

We saw this film in Practical English class. Although this movie is from 2000, it is a great movie. I like movies that have mistery and scary, dramatic moments. It is a very good film to see in couple, if yoy want to scare someone and you want hugs. This movie is scaring because it can happen in real life. DreamHack is the largest LAN party and computer festival in the world. It's held twice annually in Jönköping, Sweden. Last year were more

TOMORROWLAND

  Tomorrowland is an electronic music festival in Boom (Belgium). It is organized by ID&T and Entertainment and Media Enterprise. The first edition was the 14th August of 2005 and the first artists were Push (M.I.K.E.), Armin Van Buuren, Cor Fijneman, Yves Deruyter, Dj Ghost, Technoboy and Coone. Every year people of 75 different nacionalities attend to the festival. The next edition will be in Sao Paulo, Brasil, the days 1,2 and 3 of May.

What do you think about... EBOLA

                                  EBOLA. End or farce?

Ebola is an infectious disease that spreads through body fluids. One month ago it was only located in  Africa, but it has already spred out to Europe and America, more exactly to Spain and USA. Now all the people are scared about this disease because EBOLA is in their country.






IN MY OPINION the Ebola exists, but the mass media only use it to make money. Is Ebola a problem? Yes, but only when it is in you country, people are only interested when it affects their lives, is that right? NOOOOOOOO, for example, everybody was trying to help the dog called Excalibur, but, what about the other dogs which are sacrified every day? A lot of dogs die in one day, but they don´t matter, they are simply dogs that aren´t interesting. Spain is based on hypocrisy. And you, what do you think about Ebola, is it the end of life, or just a farce ?

I'm going to talk about artistic gymnastics, because I do this sport.


Boys and girls participate:
















It is a fun sport, but there are many hours working.
In Artistic gymnastics there are four apparatus.
Jump, floor, bar and asymmetric bars.

(SW) Human flag

Human Flag

At this time I'm going to explain you how to do Human flag (that consist of stay in horizontal position in a vertical bar)  in street workout:

If you are a beginner and you want to do this kool trik you can follow this steps to make it easier:

1.vertical human flag: The easiest way to perform some sort of human flag is to swing as hard as possible and put your legs straight up.In thw final position your body will face the pole and you will be upside down. This position will give you a good idea of how to keep your balance and it will also help you to develop your swing.

2.Negative Training: now you can start to practice going down progressively. Doing negative sets will quickly increase your skills.

3.Horizontal Bars: Using horizontal bars at different heights to get started at doing the flag is a good idea. It will allow you to get a stronger grip and a bit more balance. It is a simple but really effective tip!

4. legs position: Putting only your legs to the vertical while doing the flag will limit the lever effect and reduce the heavy tension on your side abs.  In the same line of thought, you can bend your knees. This second option is a bit more difficult but it is a much better practice since the rest of the body can keep a clear form.

Conclusion

By integrating this training in your routine you should be able to do the flag soon.
