September again! A new school year begins with new books, new teachers and new subjects.

This year the teachers of the English Department have decided to create this blog for the Practical English Class of 1 Bachillerato. The aim of this blog is to take English out of the clasroom so that the students can see it not just  as  another subject, but as what it really is : a dynamic language that they can use to communicate with people from all over the world . They usually write something and just the teacher reads it; by means of this blog, we want to  encourage our students to use English to communicate with their classmates and students from other classes too; they can write about anything that interests them: music, sports, fashion, cinema, local news etc .

 The teachers have just launched this blog but it´s going to be the students´ task to give it form  and update it  with their writings, photos, etc. We are sure they will be able to create an original blog because our students are full of interesting ideas.
