PRACTICAL ENGLISH CLASS                           BY: Vicent Navarro

1st of BACHILLERATO

During this year, 1st of Bachillerato, Practical English Class has been a great subject for me: I have enjoyed it, I have learnt a lot... but, however, this subject isn't perfect: there have been some things which I haven't liked very much. Some of those things are for example the listening tests.
But, does not matter because in this subject, 99% of the things we have done, I have liked them (how I have said at the begining): to "organize" a " travel" to London in a PowerPoint, to found the murder(s) of Robert and Elisabeth, to publish interesting things in the Blogger, etc.
Other things I love have been the oral exercises, for example:
-To construct a story passing a ball.
-To do dialogues about something.
-To guess a character who one person is thinking about asking to him/her. He/she has to answer YES or NO.

                                 

MY  SCHOOL  YEAR

Hello!

I am one of the students of practical english class in Oropesa and I am in 1º of Bachillerato. My classmates and I are going to write our personal opinion about the highschool and the school year.

Before to start this school year, everybody said me that first Bachillerato would be very difficult. Now, that it is finishing, I think that first of Bachillerato isn't very difficult, but you have to work hard to pass and to have great marks... it is very,very,very stressing.

I am a science student and I like maths and phisics.

Related to the subject of practical english... in general I like all the things we do, things like write in the blog, our project of London or the fantastic murder mistery game.

This year is finishing and I am asking myself  what would happen in the next year.

MY  SHOOL  YEAR

My opinion about this year at school:

This year for me is really stressing, a lot of examams and a lot of homework

and i regrete start this year here but in spite of that i have some subjects who i really like them, like Tecnical Drawing or Practical Ecnglish. beside that i have a really good clasmates so i think it can be a good year. In our practical english clase we do a lot of interesting things like the blog, murder mistery game and new we are going to do a film for a competition.

 

DOOR  TO  PERDITION

(A poor teenager is sitting on a bench and he is very sad. His life is lost and he regreats all the things he has done).

-(J):My name is Jacob and I am 17. My life was splendid: I was a great student, I had a good health... Everything changed when I went to the alcohol and drugs world. This is my story:

(Morning at high school. The teacher is distributing the exams with the mark. The teacher gives the exam to Jacob. He has got a B+. He is happy and at the end of the class, he returns the exam to the teacher. The teacher congratulates his pupil.

(Jacob returns the exam)
-E: Congratulations, Jacob! Keep it up.

-J: Thanks Mr. Erikson.

(Jacob is in his bedroom and he is going to study for his following exam. He recieves a whatsapp from his friend to go to a party. Jacob doubts (he is looking at his books) but finally he goes to the party . (Later, much later) Jacob arrives home drunk with a bottle. He looks at his books but he ignores them. (The day of the exam arrives. Morning at high school. Jacob is late and his classmates have already begun the exam. He is tired)

-E: You are late, Jacob.
-J: Yes, I know.
-E: Come on, you have to do the exam.
-J: Oh, yes... (He is doubting).

(At the end of the class, Jacob returns the exam to the teacher)
-E: How about you exam?
-J: Mhh... Not very well. (Jacob stares at the teacher)

(From now on, Jacob fails at the exams, he ofen is drunk, he ignores his books, his friends and his family...)

--(N): And that is how I came to this situation.
 Please, don't follow my example or you will open the door to perdition.

My school year

Hello! After a long time making a project about London we are in the blog again! I will explain some things about it next week. Today, I'm gonna talk about how this school year is being for me. 

Last year I was in 4º ESO and I chose science subjects, so this year I have chosen science modality.

The subjects I have are: Maths, Physics and Chemistry, Biology, Valencian, Spanish, English, Practical English, Philosophy, CMC and P.E..

The subject I like the most is Physics and Chemistry because I want to became a chemist in the future.

This year is being easier for me than last year. I think it's because I don't have History and I have a lot of hours of science subjects (but I still have Philosophy...). I think next year will be difficult because I will have to learn a lot of new things to get prepared to the "A Levels", what in Spain is called Selectividad. And, in addition, I will have History again... 

Next year will be hard...

This year we're aproximately 40 people in class and it's difficult make class. Luckly, there are few clases where we are all together.
I would change the timetables. When I started highschool the timetable was from 8:20 to 14:05 and there were two classes of 50 minutes each one, a break of 30 minutes, two classes more, a break of 20 minutes, two classes and then, we could go home. Now the classes are longer, we start at 8:00 and we only have 25 minutes of break... I think that isn't good because students get tired and if they have an exam at last hour, they haven't time to study at the break or to start the exam at this time.

I praised her in front of her own and our mutual friends. You won’t believe it, but she blossomed. She became better. She gained weight, was no longer nervous and loved me even more than ever. I had no clue that she CAN love that much.

And then I realized one thing: the woman is the reflection of her man.

If you love her to the point of madness, she will become it.

If this letter is true Brat Pitt is a big man, because few persons do that thinks if he/she have soo mach money and many womans  are crazy for you is dificult to do this thing. For this reasons I appreciate he for give her love when someone need more and make her life better, he change her life!!!
I like the las line, and I think what witch this letter more persons realize who have beside and appreciate more!
